With all the commitments they face daily, it is well known that women have little time to devote to themselves and their well-being. A fortiori, mothers have much trouble finding time and space for fitness. Here are some valuable tips to reconcile your commitments and keep fit.
Before giving you some advice, we want to underline the importance of a culture of well-being and sport at all ages, in any condition and at any cost, and not just because experts say so but because it makes you feel better or become more beautiful. Even mothers, who often feel stressed or overwhelmed by a thousand tasks, need to release tension and take care of themselves. We will never tell you that it is always easy to carve out sometimes, but the first helpful advice we can give you is to make fitness a habit (or continue if you did it before). Not only for you but also your children, because when sport becomes an established habit, such as drinking or eating, this is acquired immediately even by children who learn to immediately derive the benefits that this offers ... first a more relaxed and more serene mother, healthy and in harmony with her body, her psyche and consequently with the surrounding environment.
