My Story

 

 

My name is Amber and I’m the Mumma of 2 behind Mind n Body. My health and fitness journey started after I had my first child in 2016, I was always thin before having kids and I gained 20kg while I was pregnant which was a hard pill to swallow. After fad diets, cardio training and no education on food I decided to do something different.

I signed up to my first challenge and started weight training and macroing and fell in love with the health and fitness, I now have a healthy relationship with food, love my training and do minimal cardio, I’m the leanest I’ve ever been and loving the food I eat all while staying with in my macros and having no restrictions in my lifestyle.

I wanted to help other mumma’s find balance again after having their bubs, it can be rather hard to juggle everything with a new born and look after yourself at the same time.

I’ll teach you how to love your body again and understand the changes your body goes through after having a baby, eating delicious food and working on getting your fitness back.

I understand what you’re going through, and I can help you find routine and balance again.

When it comes to training and nutrition, I don’t believe that one size fits all, and so I customise everything to the individual and their unique goals. There are no extreme measures, and the changes in your body will be achieved in a healthy, sustainable way that will set you up to achieve your dream body and keep it for life!
